What I liked here was that the pork galbi is based on 250g per serving. Among them, the seasoned crab was the tastiest! I took this photo while eating, but the dessert cold noodles were really satisfying too haha Since it's a dessert portion, the amount was a bit small, but the umami flavor was really great! The nutty aroma of sesame oil blended well with the seasoning, making it a flavor I kept reaching for, and pairing it with the pork galbi was such a great combination. It was also a perfect dessert for cleansing the palate after eating meat.
