Maybe that's why the meat was so soft and tender that you barely needed a knife 🍴 The meat and fat were nicely balanced, savory but clean-tasting without being greasy — I loved that 🙌🏿 The pulled pork came finely shredded, and mixed with that black sauce on top it was sweet and salty in the best way — so good!! Might be a barbecue sauce...? There are so many restaurants on the Bojeong-dong cafe street, but a lot of them are drinking-focused places, and parking spots are hard to come by. This place, though, makes food the main focus while still letting you have a light drink if you want, and with parking support it was so much more comfortable to visit 😚 The staff were all kind even while busy, which made it even better 🫶🏿 If I had to find a downside, it's that the brisket is so tender that our plate emptied before we even got much of a chance to use our knives 😅 This was already one of many repeat visits, so it's a bit pointless to say, haha, but my answer is always 100% yes to going back.
