The warm oak-toned interior caught my eye as soon as I walked in. It uses warm oak tones throughout, creating a comfortable, sentimental atmosphere. The tables are spaced generously and everything felt clean and pleasant — no wonder it's known as a Pocheon date restaurant. It was fun looking around while waiting or before the food arrived. This is a self-serve bar with aprons, tongs, napkins, wet wipes and so on — just take what you need! The desks and lighting all had a nice feel too, right? Haha. There was also a separate group table seating about 10 people, and in that space they even had Harry Potter playing on a projector. Seriously such a good vibe! With the lighting, wood-tone interior, and Harry Potter on screen, it really felt like winter. Great for a romantic Pocheon date, but it also looked good for hanging out with friends. ## Parking at Oseuseu in Pocheon There's space for about 3 cars right to the left of the Oseuseu store, and if that's full there's a free public parking lot right in the next block. On weekends it says roadside parking in front of the store is also possible! But the curb in front of the shop was already nearly full, so we used the public lot. A free public parking lot — amazing! But the house pork steak was sold out that day, so we switched to the regular steak instead. I'd had the cabbage salad before and remembered it being really delicious, and it was still just as good this time! The natural sweetness of the grilled cabbage combined with the savory sauce keeps you reaching for more. You'd think 'salad' means something light on the side, but Oseuseu's grilled cabbage salad felt like a dish in its own right. The combo of aged kimchi and pasta felt a bit unfamiliar at first, but once you try it, it works surprisingly well. It's like eating aged kimchi alongside an oil pasta, and the kimchi cuts through the richness, making it cleaner-tasting than expected. It came out cooked to a perfect doneness, and the meat was tender. There were various garnishes served alongside like mushrooms and lotus root, and the garnishes were tasty enough that I finished every bit. Dipping the steak in the mashed potato was a perfect match! The interior was pretty and the menu lineup was diverse — coming here in person, I understood why it's said to be a good Pocheon date spot. Especially with the warm wood-tone atmosphere, I imagine it feels even better in fall, winter, or year-end season. There are plenty of spots for photos, and you can enjoy everything from pasta to steak together, so I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a nice-atmosphere Pocheon Western restaurant or a Pocheon pasta spot.
