Honestly, there are so many good restaurants along Sharosu-gil. Walking further and further in while looking around, you'll spot this place — and the meat quality was genuinely good. You can tell good meat from the very first bite. Bad meat, on the other hand, smells off from the start. From fresh vegetable sides to pickled seaweed and pickled peppers, there were enough banchan (side dishes) to keep eating without getting bored, haha. Then our ordered 3 servings of meat came out, along with tomatoes and shishito peppers. Doesn't the meat look good just from the photo?? I also liked the charcoal grilling style. I especially loved the pork jowl.
