Went to Yeongjong, Incheon last weekend after a looong while, and when I searched Naver Maps, there was this new café marked both 'newly opened' and 'weekly trending' — I have no idea how many people are flocking there these days.

That would be none other than Pink Wall Cafe, the dog-friendly café, bakery café, and date spot of Yeongjong. Let's jump straight into the review . .

## Where is Pink Wall Cafe in Yeongjong? Exterior and access

Pink Wall Cafe is a huge Yeongjong café that's easy to reach whether you're near Eulwangni, Incheon Airport, or Inspire. It's right next to 'Eulwangni Dulle Guksu Ttukbaegi Manduguk' restaurant, and since they share the same pink walls, they might be run by the same owners.

There's a dedicated parking lot too, well laid out.

Flowers along the path to the café, and I even spotted a swallowtail butterfly.. wait, is this already Disney-level? I got lucky.

There's no other pink quite like this one under the sky — such a vivid, well-chosen shade. Gotta grab a photo here first.

## Bagel flavours and the free cream cheese at Pink Wall Cafe

The moment I walked in, since this place is famous for bagels, I checked the lineup first — but there were SO many people that the bagels were almost sold out! I took photos before anyone could grab the last ones.

Bagel varieties: sweet potato, bacon jalapeño, streusel chestnut, green onion cheese, fig, basil tomato, olive, red bean, salt, mocha cream cheese, and more — bagels made up most of the lineup, and the chocolate salt bread that looked bulk-buyable also looked delicious..

Buying a bagel gets you free cream cheese — you pick your favorite type yourself! There looked to be at least 4 kinds of cream cheese. We grabbed what looked like green onion cream cheese!

It's not just bagels and bakery goods. There was a good amount of cake too — the shine muscat milk cream cake on the left and the tiramisu cake on the right both looked amazing..

## Pink interior and indoor seating

Full of cute pink vibes — let's check out the inside too. Cute little decor pieces everywhere, and I liked that it didn't feel too generic.

The counter was pretty big too, so it didn't feel cramped even when crowded while ordering.

Stepping out through the middle to the outside, you instantly feel like this is a bagel-focused café haha, with such a well-done interior. The walking path was pretty too. Since this is a dog-friendly Yeongjong café, I bet walking here with a pup would be great, sniffing around and enjoying the grass smells.

This is another indoor space — the side wall is a full window, so it felt open, and you could even do some outdoor gazing from inside. This fake cherry blossom tree, the kind you sometimes see in izakayas, being here in a café is kind of hilarious lol.

A café that's fully committed to its pink concept — pink lovers out there, this is a must-visit.

See how much outdoor seating there is! There's a sun shade above too, which is a plus. Sipping coffee outside with bread while gazing at the scenery, ahh~ It's still August so it's too hot and outdoor seats are nearly empty, but once fall comes, I bet it'll be a competition to grab one..

I'm an iced-Americano-always kind of person, so I took a big sip and yep — it had just the right nutty flavor and a bit of tanginess, a really good iced Americano.

The 'Sungaya Yogurt-hae...♥' menu item — yes, the ...♥ is actually part of the official name haha. Sadly I didn't even get a taste of this one, so I can't describe the flavor..

### Fig bagel 5,500 won: the signature rice bagel

This huge Yeongjong café's signature is its rice-based bagels! I actually didn't realize it was a rice bagel while eating it, and I only found out now writing this post.. (blogger, do your homework). That explains the extra plainness in flavor. The moment I bit in, I really felt how clean and plain the bagel tasted. It seems like a bagel made with health in mind, easy on the stomach for anyone.

I spread on plenty of the green onion cream cheese — a bagel without cream cheese just feels wrong. The green onion cream cheese had a strong flavor too, like they didn't hold back on the mix-ins.

Apparently figs have been extra sweet this summer because of the heat, and maybe that's why — the stewed fig filling was so chewy, almost like dried persimmon, and genuinely delicious.. That little crunch from the fig seeds, ahh this is exactly why you eat figs haha.

## Is Pink Wall Cafe worth a visit?

Pink Wall Cafe, the dog-friendly Yeongjong café, bakery café, and date spot — since there are plenty of other places worth visiting nearby, it's great to pair it into a course, and with natural light in some seats and outdoor-gazing seats too, I thought it was a café that different age groups could all enjoy. With the pink, adorably cute dolls, pink walls, and decor pieces, it's also a café that really targets that girly appeal!

The rice bagel left behind that gentle, distinctive plainness that only a rice bagel can achieve — that's the kind of café this was. Alright, that's a wrap on this review-
