And if any side dish runs low, the salad bar offers unlimited refills. ## Why galbi arriving already grilled made the meal easier About five minutes after the table was set, the meat arrived. Since Deojinji's galbi comes already grilled to perfection, there was no need to keep flipping and cooking it at the table. As someone eating while looking after kids, this was genuinely convenient. The first bite was a real surprise. Honestly, my personal favorite was that unnamed vegetable dish. ## How was the bibim naengmyeon at the end of the meal? The bibim naengmyeon was really memorable too. We originally planned to order just one to share as dessert, but the sweet-and-tangy sauce was so good. Not too sweet, not too spicy — just the right flavor to keep you eating. Topping it with a piece of galbi and eating them together, I kept going back for more. Even though we were already full, we finished it completely without leaving a single bite.
