It was my first time ordering individual items, and I was excited because I got to choose only the kinds I like. The prices were reasonable, but the fish was so freshㅠ I poured hot water over the jang-guk concentrate they included, and it was nice and warm. The salmon sushi came with fresh onion and mayo sauce, so it was refreshing; the salmon was fresh and rich, making it the one I enjoyed mostㅠㅠ This taste at this priceㅜ It made me want even more. The meeting of tangy aged kimchi and halibut sashimi! The aged kimchi made it feel even more refreshing. The halibut was pleasantly chewy too:) Garlic shrimp sushi with garlic mayo on raw shrimp, lightly seared with a torch!!
