But our 4-year-old, Mango, has never been fed clams separately, so this time we ordered tang-bossam for two so she could eat with us. Tang-bossam comes with clam soup in a small pot instead of the big hot pot, served alongside bossam (boiled pork belly). (You could also swap the clam soup for seafood soup or pollack soup.) Overall, the place left a strong impression of generosity. ## Clam soup and bossam in one order The clam soup that comes with tang-bossam isn't the big pot of a full clam hot pot — it's a small pot of clam soup meant to be eaten alongside bossam. We simmered it at the table and fished out clams one by one.
