Hahaha. The kimchi at Hanchon Seolleongtang Bucheon Kkachiul Station Branch was so delicious and nicely ripened that it just kept disappearing alongside the soup!! Haha. The classic seolleongtang had thin wheat noodles inside, making it even more filling and hearty, and there were very generous beef toppings too! The spicy seolleongtang had glass noodles instead of wheat noodles, but I added an extra serving of wheat noodles because I wanted them too, and I ate until I was absolutely stuffed! Haha. The spicy seolleongtang broth was wonderfully refreshing without being overly hot or harsh, so I think it would be great for a hangover too! It also had generous amounts of beef and glass noodles, making it excellent for filling up, haha.
