Ta-da—our order arrived. The side dishes were set out, along with the lightly griddle-cooked spicy pork, and the whole table was full 🤩 The aroma of stir-fried pork was drifting up, and wow, it smelled amazing. So many side dishes, all neat and delicious. There were perilla leaves, lettuce, celery, chicory, red beet leaves, red chard, and young napa cabbage leaves—such a fresh, varied selection that I loved it..! Totally the older generation’s kind of place 😎 The spicy stir-fried pork was cooked so appetizingly..! Korean soul food. There’s nothing better for lunch, especially with wraps~🤗 It wasn’t too salty even on its own, and the seasoning was absolutely spot-on!
