They also use solar salt from Sinan!! Next, black pork with meljeot (fermented anchovy sauce)!!!🩷 We kept the meljeot over the charcoal, and the chili peppers in the sauce were incredible with the meat, too. I took a bite and was surprised by how chewy it was and how the juices burst out!!! (It isn’t undercooked.😉) And the button mushrooms in foil!!!🍄 They said wrapping mushrooms in foil brings out their umami and keeps them juicy. The meat was great, the rice was great, and we all said we should come back next time.
