Even with so many people, there was plenty of space between tables, and everything was kept very neat and clean. It was packed with sushi varieties that are hard to find normally, so I happily agonized for ages over where my chopsticks should go first. ### Starting light with soy-marinated shrimp and salad Before getting into the main sushi, I started lightly with soy-marinated shrimp and salad! Having salad first left my mouth feeling much cleaner, so I could taste the sushi itself even better. Everything tasted wonderfully fresh, and I was so satisfied. With fresh soy-marinated shrimp and sweet-tangy salad, my mouth was happy even before the meal really began. Delicious dishes kept appearing: soup en croûte, where cracking the crisp pastry is part of the fun, tender grilled salmon, and nicely browned mushrooms. It was such a tempting corner that I filled my plate before even getting to the sushi.
