## How the grilled eel, pork belly, and duck neck tasted

Eel really tastes best grilled fresh at a restaurant ❤️ The moment it hit the grill, this amazing smell started drifting up, and just looking at it made me hungry. And pork belly too, of course!!!

The first piece off the grill was pork belly — dipped in ssamjang (dipping sauce), one bite and it was so good.

The duck neck meat was yum yum, nice and chewy with a good texture too.

Grilled to a nice golden brown, the eel had that signature nutty, clean flavor down perfectly. Crispy outside, moist inside — good plain, good dipped in sauce, good wrapped in pickled perilla leaves too 😋. Premium eel usually disappears fast when you're eating, but since it's all-you-can-eat, I could keep going without ever running short! Being able to grill as much as I wanted made this place pure happiness for an eel lover like me, yay.

### The ginger and green onion kimchi combo, and lunch with dad

Topping it with ginger made it taste like honey, and I dunked it generously in the eel sauce too. The green onion kimchi side dish really suited my taste, so I kept refilling it and pairing it with the eel — the combo worked so well for me. Most of all, since it's all-you-can-eat, being able to eat as much as I wanted without feeling self-conscious was so satisfying 👍 Dad and I ate until we were absolutely stuffed, lol. Once we got going, the grilling pace kept speeding up compared to when we started, haha. After eating my fill, I really felt like I'd properly recovered my strength 💪

These days when I feel drained and crave something hearty, nothing beats eel.
