The space is divided by walls, and there is plenty of room between tables, so it was quiet and nice, haha. The portion was generous, and the combination of fresh vegetables and salmon was just right to have before the meal, haha. ### Sous-vide pork neck steak with its signature pink color Then came the sous-vide pork neck steak. You can see that the meat without sauce is really quite bright pink, right? It was juicy and delicious on its own, but it went so well with the accompanying sauce too.
