Seeing waits keep forming after us too, there had to be a reason for it. I found Hongdae Gureume while looking for good restaurants in Namdong, Incheon, and the moment I walked in, it felt exactly like stepping into a restaurant in Japan. It's 5 minutes across the street from Homeplus Incheon Nonhyeon after shopping, or 7 minutes from Megabox Incheon Nonhyeon after a movie. It's also a perfect meal stop after a trip to Sorae Port or Neulsolgil Park. ### Parking info 2 hours free at the Iflex Building underground parking lot. Kumamoto is a ramen style from the Kumamoto region of Kyushu, Japan, with a tonkotsu broth finished with black garlic sauce for a subtle, delicious garlic aroma. The sake-don set is a salmon rice bowl made with aged Norwegian raw salmon seasoned in a house sauce and piled generously on rice. It comes with miso soup, salad, karaage, 3 side dishes, and seaweed alongside the main dish. I put salmon on the rice with a bit of wasabi and made my own little self-serve sushi. The sweet pumpkin salad had something like cereal sprinkled on top, which gave it a much better texture. (Definitely trying that at home.)
