After a short wait the mulhoe arrived, packed with abalone, seafood, and raw fish. Instead of thin wheat noodles, they give you a huge pile of corn noodles, which paired really well with the mulhoe. The sauce had a strong, deep flavor that went well with the seafood and the corn noodles — genuinely delicious. The seafood was fresh and there was a ton of it. When you order mulhoe, a clam soup comes along with it — it's a refreshing garlicky broth with hand-torn dumplings (sujebi) in it, which was a nice touch. ### And the clam kalguksu? The kalguksu came out next — the noodles had a nice chewy bite and were loaded with clams. The broth had the same flavor as the earlier clam soup, but with the kalguksu noodles in it the broth felt a bit thicker and heavier.
