Add the flatbread on the side and one platter alone is a pretty complete meal. Looking at the photos again, it's not a bad-looking picnic meal either, haha. ## How does the chicken platter taste? Drizzling on plenty of the white sauce made it even softer and more savory. At first I thought that much sauce might be too rich, but it actually tied the meat and rice together really well. Adding a little of the spicy red sauce completely changes the flavor too. I also tried putting meat on the rice and wrapping it in the flatbread with vegetables — that combo was delicious too. Especially with a bit of meat, rice and sauce rolled into the bread, it eats like a simple wrap. The platter itself needs no separate bowl or plate — you can eat straight out of it with just a fork, which is convenient for a picnic. Having meat and rice together also makes it filling.
