I came here a few times years ago, and after a long while it's completely different now ♡ Much cozier, the flow is easier, and it's way more stylish. You'd get full just trying one of each kind of sushi 😆 But KuuKuu Gold Bupyeong is smart about it — the rice portion per piece is really small haha, so you can eat without feeling weighed down. ## The storage display that opens on both sides I'd never seen this before haha. Is that a weird thing to say? But it's honestly a great idea. Press the long button and the doors open on both sides — salads stay cool on one side, fried items stay warm on the other. And doesn't it feel really hygienic too? ## Cooked dishes: sweet and sour monkfish, mala xiangguo, and patgoechae The sweet and sour monkfish was a standout. Anyway it really perked up my appetite. The octopus was so tender, I loved it. I didn't grab any soy sauce shrimp myself, but looking at a table piling it up, it must be really good. Haha. I had two plates of it. 👍👍👍 They were also bringing out fresh gambas so I grabbed some — as expected, excellent. My husband said 'should we try this?' and brought it over — spicy, but it felt like it settled your stomach. ## The kids' play room and the meat-and-seafood corner I missed There's a good-sized play room, so quite a few families with young kids were there. The meat-and-seafood corner. But I only noticed it on my way out — you can self-grill a variety of meat and seafood there. Isn't that amazing? I missed it this time, so I'll definitely have to come back haha. KuuKuu Gold Bupyeong has gotten such a huge upgrade, hasn't it? So good.
