It is Veteran General Fish Market Incheon Yeonsu Branch (베테랑 종합어시장 인천연수점), a seafood restaurant near Yeonsu Station in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. The set comes packed with raw fish, sushi, fried items, spicy fish stew, roe rice, and side dishes. The warmed pot is extremely hot, so be careful. You can also switch the roe rice to a bowl of plain steamed rice. My husband switched his because he prefers white rice with spicy fish stew. I was amazed by how generous the set was for ₩13,900.
