On a rainy day, I had Neorae tea, a hot Americano, potato bread and sweet potato bread while taking in the quiet scenery through its picture windows. So, starting the trip at a café! Cafe Neorae is run on the second and third floors of the Yetgoeul Sundubu building on the first floor! The seats are spacious and the sense of openness is great, so anywhere is a good place to sit, haha. There’s a hidden spot inside too, with seats facing the window, so it would be nice for zoning out or having a quiet conversation! The second floor has more of a lush, nature-friendly feel than an Ulsanbawi view?! Of course, the day I went was the day it rained... Sadlyㅠㅠ, it had been raining since morning, so I couldn’t see the Ulsanbawi panorama. There’s another hidden spot inside on the third floor that’s great for enjoying some quiet reflection ❤︎ If you come alone or want to enjoy a peaceful moment to yourself, I recommend these seats! The women-only restroom on the third floor is spacious and clean. Since this Sokcho café gets lots of families, there was even a diaper-changing station in the restroom! It was raining and a little chilly, so I got Neorae tea and a hot Americano for the first time in ages! It went really well with the potato and sweet potato bread too! The potato bread... it genuinely looks just like a potato, but it tastes exactly like one too, haha.
