Seafood is sold by the kilo, and if you ask them to mix it at a reasonable price, they're happy to do it. Early fall gizzard shad has just the right amount of oiliness and nuttiness — exactly my type — and the bones weren't too tough, so dipping in vinegar-chili sauce was 👍👍 The flounder was so firm and fresh, sliced thick with really great texture too. Chef Yoon Nam-no's recipe...? Apparently a piece of thick flounder on rice, dipped in vinegar-chili sauce, drizzled with sesame oil, is paradise lol.
