While looking for somewhere to eat during this Jeju trip, I heard there was a black-pork specialist certified by Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, so we went. It was Jeju Samchun (제주삼춘) Hamdeok Beach Black Pork, known as a good restaurant around Hamdeok Beach. ## Jeju Samchun Hamdeok Beach Black Pork: location and parking The address is 537-1 Sinbuk-ro, Jocheon-eup, Jeju-si, Jeju, South Korea, on the first floor. It was a one-minute walk toward Hallasan from the Hamdeok Olive Young intersection. The restaurant explained that the pork is low-temperature aged for 300 hours, then smoked with grapevine smoking chips.
