The gwajul came in yuzu, nut, mayong, gamtae (sea lettuce), and other flavors, and from the moment I tasted the samples, my absolute favorite was the yuzu. They told me yuzu is their signature flavor, and I could see exactly why. It's seriously so good!! Sweet and chewy, with a tangy yuzu finish rising up at the end — totally my type.
