Its rich fat spread across my mouth and went down smoothly, making it perfect to eat between the other cuts. I thought I’d eat slowly because I was traveling, but that day I was truly focused on eating. ## A meal with beef seaweed soup We ordered beef miyeok-guk too, and it paired better than I expected.
