I'm the type who enjoys music while eating, and at Dixie's the music matched the atmosphere so well that I felt good the whole time I sat there. The tables had plenty of space too, and the restroom was inside the restaurant, which was convenient while eating. The staff were also friendly from the start, so even on a first visit I could eat comfortably. ## What's on the menu at Dixie's Looking at the menu, there were more options than I expected. I went for the Shin Ramyun level of spiciness, and my friend chose the Buldak sauce level of spiciness! It was fun that we could try the same burger with different heat levels. The chicken patty between the buns was pretty thick. What is this presentation?* I chose the Shin Ramyun level of spice, and it was better than I expected. There was some heat, but it wasn't overly intense — more like just enough to cut through the richness of the crispy chicken. My friend's Buldak sauce level, on the other hand, was definitely spicy. Also, the burger portion was bigger than I expected. We had also ordered the Cajun shrimp, and by the time we got through it we were pretty full. I ended up only managing about half my burger, and my friend finished the rest for me. If you're going with two people and want to try several menu items, this is worth keeping in mind. ## Cajun shrimp at Dixie's, topped with plump shrimp The Cajun shrimp came out alongside the burgers, and the shrimp were large enough that it looked quite generous right away. The shrimp were plump, and with the sauce drizzled on top, it went well with the rice. After taking photos, I mixed the shrimp, rice, and vegetables together, and it had a completely different feel from the burger. The shrimp had a nice bouncy texture, and the sauce paired well with the rice. This was my first time visiting Dixie's, and beyond the food, what stuck with me most was the atmosphere and the music.
