It's practically the original (?) of tableside-grilled restaurants, so it's suuuper famous. It's bigger than it looks, so I cut it in half to eat! Haha. Pork jowl has this crunchy, slightly grainy texture that I love. It's fatty too, but because it's crispy and grainy, it's not greasy at all! I'd say this is Hanam Doeji Jip's signature move haha. This kimchi is a total rice thief. Beef brisket doenjang soup (₩7,000). Loaded with tofu, onion, and zucchini, this doenjang soup might be the perfect pairing with pork belly. The beef brisket in it adds just the right amount of savoriness too!
