The heopa (lungs, part of the sundae innards) are generously packed in, with a chewy texture that really comes through. Dip it lightly in the tteokbokki sauce and the seasoning keeps pulling you back for more. The combination of tteokbokki and sundae innards is genuinely great! Between the spice and the chewy texture, every bite keeps you coming back. The tuna is packed in generously too, making each bite substantial. Eating this gimbap alongside the tteokbokki makes the balance completely different compared to eating tteokbokki alone. We even got fried mandu (dumplings) as a free service. I wasn't expecting it, so I was surprised when it showed up. The owner is incredibly kind, speaks warmly, and pays attention every time a dish comes out.
