The fragrant, crisp texture of minari paired really well with the savory gopchang and daechang. We grilled up some makchang after the gopchang and daechang, and the texture was noticeably chewier, giving it a completely different feel from the other two. ### My husband's favorite: hanwoo daechang Daechang has its own charm separate from gopchang.
