It's loaded with arugula, plus mushrooms and cheese. The thing that looks like potato is actually cheese, and it's delicious. When you lift the greens off, there's a ton of mushrooms underneath! They're coated in a sweet-savory sauce, so it'd taste good even if you don't usually like mushrooms. I eat a lot of pizza during pregnancy, but unless a place has a really good crust, I always toss the end pieces ㅠ_ㅠ. Bueokgan's crust was so good I ate it all the way to the end — legit proof this place is worth it. The crust is thin like a thin-crust pizza, so it's totally doable to finish a whole one.
