It had plenty of tofu and a mild, well-balanced flavor that let the doenjang shine without being overpowering. The kimchi noodles you get for writing two Naver reviews! They're perfect for when you're getting a little greasy from all the meat. The noodles are made with buckwheat rice, which makes them noticeably different from regular noodles.
