Fluffy Bake Shop (Gongdeok) is a small bake shop near Gongdeok Station worth stopping by if you're after good pastries. From madeleines, financiers, and canelés to salt bread and egg tarts, there were more varieties than I expected, and picking through them was genuinely fun!

Inside Fluffy Bake Shop, there's a bar-style seating area on one side. It looked like it could seat about 5 people, but overall the space is on the small side, so it felt more suited to a quick solo coffee or a visit with one other person rather than a long hangout with a group.

Fluffy Bake Shop had a really diverse menu, more than I expected. 16 madeleine flavors, 9 financiers, 3 canelés. On top of that, they also sell egg tarts and salt bread, so if you love pastries, the joy of picking through it all is pretty huge.
