I met a friend near Seoul Station and suddenly craved gyukatsu, so I went to Ichigyu Seoul Station Branch, a place with great reviews as a Seoul Station restaurant 🤗 ## How to find Ichigyu Seoul Station Branch, and is there a wait at 8pm? Ichigyu Seoul Station Branch is pretty close to exit 10 of Seoul Station, so accessibility is really good!! There were also people eating solo at the 2-person tables. The cut is sirloin. What we ordered this time was Set 2, which comes with Ichigyu gyukatsu, hamburg omurice, and two drinks! It was cheaper than ordering everything separately, so I even added extra meat haha. Once the brazier is ready, first put the butter that comes with it onto the pan to melt. My friend said the sauce-dipped version was tastier haha. Now onto the omurice! I was wondering where the hamburg steak was, and it turned out it was hiding under the egg lol. Grilling gyukatsu yourself is a simple and fun way to enjoy meat when other grilling options feel like too much of a hassle!
