We went a bit after the lunch peak time... and there was still a small wait. The place is spacious though, so the wait was short. It came out clean, not mushy at all. Every review says it's mild and clean-tasting, and it really is. But it's not dry either. A little spicy and a little tangy, and so good it hurts ㅠㅠ.... What even is this sauce method!!!! The sauce was so good the meat never got tiring. Does it look spicy? It's not actually spicy~~ more like a savory kick?! Even kids would probably enjoy it. There are lots of vegetables and plenty of meat, so it's filling enough as a full meal on its own. I saw people who came alone and just ordered the jjamppong.
