On a return visit, I ordered level 2 dakbokkeumtang with glass noodles and loved the generous portion, taste, and price. I think even people who cannot handle much spice would be okay with level 2. Most people seem to drink, though. Next time, I want to visit for a work dinner or gathering and have drinks. The broth is absolutely made for drinking. Everything except the glass noodles comes thoroughly cooked, so you can practically start eating as soon as it arrives. The chicken pieces seem a little small, but the portion is huge...
