The menu listed Jeju black pork tenderloin with myeoljeot (fermented anchovy sauce) cream sauce, and it felt different to encounter Jeju's commonly enjoyed black pork in this course-meal style. The tenderloin was cooked tenderly, and it tasted different on its own from when it was paired with the myeoljeot cream sauce.
