The exterior had that clean yet cozy neighborhood bakery feel. Through the glass wall, all the bread on display was visible at a glance, which made me stop mid-walk.

Opening the door, the whole store was filled with the smell of savory butter and freshly baked bread. The display case was packed with a really wide variety of breads. The signature basil tomato (₩5,800) stood out for its fragrant basil pesto and tomato combo, and the baked-not-fried fresh vegetable croquette (₩4,300) looked super tasty too.

## The 5 breads ordered, from chestnut bread to Nagasaki castella

I filled my tray with the classic combos and meal-substitute items I usually go for. I ordered chestnut bread, sausage croissant, soboro bread, bagel sandwich, and nagasaki castella.

The bagel sandwich was packed edge to edge with fresh vegetables, ham, and cheese between squid-ink bagel halves, making it hearty enough for a full meal. The moment I split it in half, the cross-section looked so generous that every bite was a great chew. The chestnut bread kept a thin exterior and moist, chewy interior, generously studded with big, sweet whole chestnuts.

The sausage croissant had juicy sausage bursting inside crisp pastry layers, striking a good sweet-and-salty balance. The soboro bread had a thick, crunchy crumble on top with a strong, savory peanut butter flavor lingering throughout.
