The meat we got was mostly medium-rare, and it was convenient not having to worry about grilling it ourselves — we just ate it as soon as it arrived. ## Pasta and polpo partway through the meal Since we liked the tomato beef stew, we also tried the bolognese pasta from the same family. We ordered the garlic salt tongue steak, garlic mayo deri striploin cap steak, soy sauce hwangje galbi steak, and demi-glace sirloin steak — each one felt totally different from the plain steaks.
