Places that only pre-grill are already convenient, but here they cook the meat all the way through, and just at the right doneness, so all you need to do is move your chopsticks lol. It was so nice! I was so curious what it would taste like, and wow lol, it was seriously a standout dish! I have no idea how they thought to season glass noodles like this. It's delicious with the meat, but it's also a complete dish all on its own. First they brought the pork neck and told us it was fully cooked, so we could eat right away — and there's an unwritten rule. The first bite goes in salt !! You soak the meat fully in maeljeot and eat it briefly simmered, you know how it goes.
