I visited around 7pm and originally planned to order sea mullet (jeoneo). ## No gizzard shad that day, so the order switched to red sea bream I went planning to eat sea mullet, but they said none had been caught that day, so I switched to red sea bream instead. At a place like Uchangho that slices whatever fish came in that day, it's honestly better not to lock in one fish beforehand — just ask what came in and pick from that. Our plan changed too, but the red sea bream turned out fresh and chewy, so we ate happily. They said the market price changes daily, so it's worth asking about both the fish you want and the price on the day you visit. You just grab the sashimi and move on — no need to linger, and you can eat wherever you like.
