The main items were fat macarons, mugwort ice cream, and the Jwasuyeong Baguette Burger. For drinks, there were basic coffee options as well as refreshing ades and iced tea. I started with the baguette burger I had been most excited about. The texture of the crisply toasted baguette was really nice, and it was much more filling than I expected, with plenty of meat and other ingredients inside. In particular, it contains Cheongyang chili peppers, adding a little heat. The meat could have felt rich, but the sharp, spicy kick of the peppers balanced it out, so I kept reaching for another bite. The crisp baguette and generous fillings worked so well together. The mugwort ice cream we ordered alongside it was delicious too! The chewy texture and soft filling went so well together that after one, I became curious about the other flavors too. They make a great Yeosu travel souvenir to take away, and I loved being able to try an unusual local flavor like mugwort. ## My thoughts after stopping by during a Yeosu trip It was fascinating that so many people come for one signature item called the Jwasuyeong Baguette Burger. Seeing that customers were still steadily coming in long after weekend lunchtime, it feels like one of those representative Yeosu foods you should try at least once.
