Looking at the busy self-service bar, I got the clear sense that the place is run with hygiene and cleanliness in mind. It also had plenty of pork head meat, small intestine, and oseori meat, making it feel even more substantial. It is the kind of place where you come for a hangover cure and might end up wanting a hangover drink, so be careful!
