My nephew loved this ice cream so much he basically scooped up the whole thing by himself, haha. It's wild to think he's grown enough now to finish a whole cup on his own! The outside of the baguette is crispy enough to crackle, but oddly enough, the inside isn't tough at all — it's moist and soft, and the texture is honestly a work of art. The bread is hollowed out and packed full of tasty salad, ground meat, and fresh vegetables, and the first bite made my eyebrows furrow with genuine delight. The finely chopped cheongyang chili scattered throughout adds a sharp, spicy kick that keeps things from getting too rich, so you end up finishing it cleanly to the very last bite without getting sick of it. Totally addictive! ### How to reheat a leftover baguette burger at home If you take it to go or can't finish it the same day, refrigerate it, then pan-fry both sides without oil until golden, or heat it in an air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for 3-4 minutes to get that crispy texture back just like the first bite.
