Off to Cheomdan favorite Jinsim Wang Donkkaseu for pork cutlet. It's always packed with flavor, never a letdown haha. Personally I like mine loaded with sweet potato and cheese, so I usually get the sweet potato cheese cutlet! But today, for some reason, I was craving spicy anchovy kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup)? My husband was like, what's with ordering noodles at a cutlet place haha — but guess what? He finished every last drop of the broth.
