Rather than an elaborately plated look, the noodles and sauce come together naturally. First off, the noodles are a bit different from typical pasta noodles. Instead of thin and smooth, they have more bite when you chew. I think I actually prefer noodles like this haha. One bite in, the flavor was richer and nuttier than expected. The creamy sauce soaked deeply into the noodles, but it wasn't overly heavy or greasy.
