## Inside Why Starve Diet: seating and atmosphere

I could spot Why Starve Diet Changwon Metro Centum Branch from a distance thanks to its orange-curly exterior! Inside, the walls are covered with various illustration posters, and the white-toned walls with orange color-line accents made the whole space feel much brighter. The floor-to-ceiling windows also let in natural light, making the interior feel even warmer!

The tables are spaced just right, giving the place a clean, light feel. It seems great for eating a light salad alone or having a simple meal with a friend! It felt especially good for a light lunchtime visit. Since the dine-in and takeout prices are the same, you can order comfortably either way.

The Chicken Light Protein Box was built around steamed chicken breast and vegetables for a light way to enjoy a protein box: 150g of chicken breast, chickpeas, lettuce, green beans, broccoli, paprika, olives, and onion flakes. Since the chicken breast was sous vide, it wasn't dry at all — it was soft!

The Beef Light Protein Box was built around sous vide beef steak and vegetables for a light way to enjoy a protein box: 150g of beef steak, chickpeas, lettuce, green beans, broccoli, paprika, olives, and onion flakes! The beef steak was cut into bite-size pieces, which made it easy to eat!

This is the protein box I had on my second visit..! At Why Starve Diet Changwon Metro Centum Branch, you can build your own protein box! Choose your protein from chicken, beef, smoked duck, or salmon; choose your base from pasta, tofu noodles, oat rice, cauliflower rice, or light (vegetables only); then choose your sauce! For extra toppings, chicken, smoked duck, beef, and salmon can be ordered in 100g increments, and you can freely add green vegetables (50g), green beans, chickpeas, olives, broccoli, onion flakes, paprika, and more!

With summer coming, I really should start dieting a bit from now on... but why is there so much delicious food?! Still, if I can fill up on carbs, protein and fat through delicious salads while dieting, that would make me so happy!
