The chewy, spicy kick adds another layer, making the yukhoe taste even more tender and springy(?) Piled onto the garlic baguette for a bite, and an extra sweetness fills it out — a delicious combination of the crisp, plain baguette and the savory, melting yukhoe. ### Shrimp jang, flying fish roe and the chew of the kal-bibim noodles The plump raw shrimp, lifted by the tail, had an amazing glossy, viscous surface.
