They piled beef, chicken, pork, shrimp, and sautéed onions generously onto the sizzling grill, so we could eat it hot the whole time! I added the cilantro and everything, but honestly the cilantro flavor barely came through. The meat is super tender and juicy, but the flavor wasn't as strong as I expected? Sometimes taco places have really heavy seasoning or a lot of spice, but this place felt a bit more adapted to Korean tastes, I thought. Not saying that's bad — it's just tasty in a different way!!
