If you keep turning it over, worrying whether it is burning or overcooking, it is hard to have a proper conversation with the person you came with.

I made a reservation before visiting. When I arrived, I was shown to a reserved table, and the side dishes had already been set out.

Here, there was relatively plenty of room, so it was nice to eat while talking with the person I came with. Eating delicious food is important, but I also put quite a lot of value on the comfort of the dining space, so I liked that.

If you are visiting by car, you may be wondering about parking too. You can use the underground parking lot at Nokwon Building, where the restaurant is located, free for 2 hours. Parking can be a concern before a meal when you drive over, but the 2 hours free reduces that burden.

What I ordered was the 510g pork belly platter with steamed egg and cola. The soft steamed egg in particular made a great match for the pork belly meal.

If you would rather focus on comfortably eating delicious pork belly than grilling it yourself, or if you love aged pork belly, I think it is worth keeping in mind. You can finish on a happy note by enjoying the free soft-serve ice cream after your meal too.
