I visited around 7:30pm and about 4 tables were already dining! This time I ordered the two-person India Darbar Set B. The set came with a green salad, boneless tandoori chicken, one curry, naan, rice, and sweet lassi — a nice variety to enjoy several dishes at once! Maybe because it came out warm, the texture was really good — crisp and light on the outside but still chewy inside, and it went so well dipped into the curry!! The curry's smooth, rich flavor soaked moistly into the naan and I just kept reaching for more. After eating spiced food, the sweet, smooth lassi made my mouth feel much cleaner. Think of it as tasting like yogurt(?)! ## Is India Darbar's dinner set worth it? If it's your first time with Indian food, trying a set menu to sample a bit of everything seems like a good idea! Seeing not only dine-in customers but a steady stream of delivery orders coming in, it seemed like a place people keep coming back to for authentic flavors! Next time I'd like to order the other curries and naan varieties I didn't get to try this time and compare them!
