I think my very first Indian curry experience, ages and ages ago, was at Everest in Dongmyo — and even Everest has branches popping up everywhere these days, and Indian curry specialty restaurants in general have gotten a lot more common. From appetizers, salads, soups, to several kinds of tandoori, and above all a ton of curry options. Broadly split into vegetable curry / chicken curry / lamb curry / shrimp curry, and each category alone seems to have 8-9 kinds. Drinks and alcohol options are pretty varied too. The dressing was tangerine sauce! Today's mains, the curries!!! The chicken curry was super thick, with big chunks of chicken packed inside. Its aroma was deep and its flavor was heavy too. A truly rich, intense curry taste. In contrast, the palak paneer was the milder curry. It had several cube-shaped pieces of cheese in it too. Felt like I stumbled onto a nice parking hack lol. After the meal we took a look around Hyundai Department Store across the street too, and it was a really, really satisfying meal!
